Happy Hour  We saw a gap where life needed more coming together, more shared experiences, and more hope. At Louis Brown's Brasserie this is our take on that early evening moment—when the pace softens, but the drinks don’t. It’s a space for us to revisit the familiar and gently shift it sideways— Spritz cocktails you might recognise, reworked through our lens of ingredients and flavour. Alongside, a selection of small plates designed for grazing, sharing, or simply extending the moment a little longer. Whether it’s a quick stop or the start of the night unfolding, it’s all the curiosity, craft and flavour and you’d expect from us—just with a lighter touch. Weekdays, 4–7pm.
